The message centre allows ClockOn users the ability to send and receive messages through the Desktop application to an employee using the Web Portal and/or the ClockOn GO mobile application. The employee can then respond and notify the administrator similar to a standard email.

  • Unread: Items show items the current user has not read yet.
  • Inbox: All messages received by the current user.
  • Sent: All message sent by the current user.
  • Pending: All messages that require further action that have not been sent, these can appear when roster changes have been and the administrator can choose whether or not to notify the employees.
