Question: How can I stop employees from being able to clock on and off when they are using the ClockOn Go App
Answer:
You can disable the ability to use the ClockOn Go app for clocking in and out by unticking the option below for all required security rules. Once saved please asked your employees to close the ClockOn Go app and reopen it.
To Access the Security Roles you will need to have the appropriate access to do so.
- Go the the Setup tab and click on Security Roles
- In the security roles screen expand the security role that you wish to edit.
- Once the changes have been made click on Save
