The categories tab allows you to set up Payslip categories and Leave Categories.


  • To add a new payslip category first click into any of the fields in the payslip category area (this indicates that you are adding a Payslip Category rather than a Leave Category).
  • To add a new Leave Category first select any field within the Leave Categories area (this indicates that you are adding a Leave Category, rather than a Payslip Category).


  1. To Access the System Setup screen you will need to ensure that all other ClockOn Windows are closed. Navigate to Setup > System Setup

  2. Click on the Categories tab
