When an employee requires specialised pay conditions not previously applied (i.e. special conditions for OT, penalties or loadings), a new Rule Set should be created or duplicated from the Rule Manager. Duplicated Rule Sets are useful when minor modifications to an existing Rule Set are required for one or more specific employees.

  1. Select Duplicate to make an exact copy of any selected Rule Set.
  2. You will be prompted to create a new name for the duplicated Rule Set.
  3. Enter the new name for the Rule Set and OK to save the new Rule set or select Cancel to cancel the duplication.
  4. The new Rule Set is now ready for editing.
