When a new employee has been added to the system, ensure that the correct Rule Set has been linked on the employee details screen on the Pay tab. Before deleting a rule set out of ClockOn please ensure that it is not assigned to any employees.

Deleting a Rule Set

  1. Navigate to Setup > Rule Sets
  2. Select an existing Rule Set from the list of Rule sets.
  3. Select the Delete button.
  4. Select Yes to delete the selected Rule Set.

  5. If the selected Rule Set is already assigned to an employee, it cannot be deleted, you will get the below message.
