When a new employee has been added to the system, ensure that the correct Rule Set has been linked on the employee details screen on the Pay tab. Before deleting a rule set out of ClockOn please ensure that it is not assigned to any employees.
Deleting a Rule Set
- Navigate to Setup > Rule Sets
- Select an existing Rule Set from the list of Rule sets.
- Select the Delete button.
Select Yes to delete the selected Rule Set.
- If the selected Rule Set is already assigned to an employee, it cannot be deleted, you will get the below message.
