Accessing the Employees Previous Employment details

  1. Navigate to Setup > Employee Details or select the people icon from the top of the main screen.

  2. Select the employee from the Employee drop down menu
  3. Click on the Previous Employment tab

  • Last Three Names/Referees:These three fields represent the names and contact telephone numbers of three referees who have been contacted in regard to the new employee
  • Last Three Companies:  These three fields identify the names of the last three companies or businesses where the employee worked.
  • Last Three Job Descriptions: These three fields are the job descriptions the employee held.
  • Period start: The commencement date of the previous company or business.
  • Period end:  The end date of the previous company or business.
  • Reference checked: Check this box if the employee's reference was verified.
