This screen displays an employee's previous employment records,
Accessing the Employees Previous Employment details
- Navigate to Setup > Employee Details or select the people icon from the top of the main screen.
- Select the employee from the Employee drop down menu
- Click on the Previous Employment tab
- Last Three Names/Referees:These three fields represent the names and contact telephone numbers of three referees who have been contacted in regard to the new employee
- Last Three Companies: These three fields identify the names of the last three companies or businesses where the employee worked.
- Last Three Job Descriptions: These three fields are the job descriptions the employee held.
- Period start: The commencement date of the previous company or business.
- Period end: The end date of the previous company or business.
- Reference checked: Check this box if the employee's reference was verified.
