Once you become familiar with the Roster Ribbon Toolbar and the Quick Access Toolbar you can choose to customise the toolbar to your preferences.

NOTE: To return the Rosters Toolbars back to default go to the Desktop Tab and click on the Default icon. Close and reopen the rosters screen.


Customising the Quick Access Toolbar

  1. Select the drop down icon from the top of the ClockOn Roster screen,
  2. Select Customize Quick Access Toolbar...
  3. You can then choose which tab you want to select from in the drop down list.
  4. Once a tab has been selected, a list of commands available within the selected tab are shown.
  5. You can then select a command that is to be included in the Quick Access Toolbar by using the right arrow.  
    NOTE: commands can be removed from the list by selecting then using the left arrow.
  6. Once the command is added to the Customize Quick Access Toolbar side you can click on the Up or Down buttons to move the location of the command to where you want it on the toolbar
  7. When you have finished adding the commands you want click on OK and the customized toolbar will then show the tool that was selected and added.
  8. Click on the Save Desktop icon to save for the next time you enter the Rosters.



How to quickly add an Icon to the Quick Access Toolbar

  1. Navigate to the Icon that you want to add to the quick access toolbar
  2. Right click on the icon
  3. Select Add to Quick Access Toolbar
  4. The Icon will then be added to the end of the toolbar
  5. Click on the Save Desktop icon to save for the next time you enter the Rosters.


Customising the Roster Ribbon Toolbar

  1. Right Click on the Roster Ribbon Toolbar
  2. Select Customize the Ribbon
  3. A list of All Tabs will be show in the Ribbon Customise window. Select the list of commands that you want to add too a tab.


  4. Select the Command you want to add and in the Customize the Ribbon column click on the tab group that you want to add the command to.

  5. Click on the right arrow to add the command to the Ribbon
    NOTE: commands can be removed from the list by selecting then using the left arrow.

  6. Once the command is added to the Ribbon Toolbar side you can click on the Up or Down buttons to move the location of the command to where you want it on the Ribbon
  7. When you have finished adding the commands you want click on OK and the command will be added the Ribbon
  8. Click on the Save Desktop icon to save for the next time you enter the Rosters.




Renaming Tabs, Groups and Icons on the Ribbon

  1. Right Click on the Roster Ribbon Toolbar
  2. Select Customize the Ribbon
  3. Select the Tab or Icon that want to rename
  4. Click on Rename
  5. Change the Display name and click on OK
  6. Once the changes have been made, click on OK
  7. Click on the Save Desktop icon to save for the next time you enter the Rosters.



Adding a New Tab and Group

  1. Right Click on the Roster Ribbon Toolbar
  2. Select Customize the Ribbon
  3. Adding a New Tab

    1. To add a new tab, in the Customise the Ribbon column click on Main Tabs
    2. Click on Add
    3. Select Add New Tab
    4. This will add a New Tab and 1 x New Group
  4. Adding a New Group

    1. To add a new group, in the Customise the Ribbon column click on Tab that you want to add the new group too
    2. Click on Add
    3. Select Add New Group
  5. Use the Up and Down arrows to move the location of the tab
  6. Rename the tab and groups to what you need 

  7. Add the commands to the new tab and group

  8. When you have finished adding the commands you want click on OK and the New tab and Groups will be added the Ribbon
  9. Click on the Save Desktop icon to save for the next time you enter the Rosters.
