Shifts can be aligned to match the start and/or end times of other shifts.

Align to Start

1. Select the shift to be used as the anchor against which other shifts will be aligned.
2. Press and hold the Ctrl key down whilst selecting the other shifts to be aligned.
3. Right click on any selected shifts.
4. Select Shift Size then Align to Start.
5. The shifts selected are now aligned to the start time of the anchor shift.

Align to End

1. Select the shift to be used as the anchor against which other shifts will be aligned.
2. Press and hold the Ctrl key down whilst selecting the other shifts to be aligned.
3. Right click on any selected shifts.
4. Select Shift Size then Align to End.
   
5. All the shifts selected are now aligned to the end time of the anchor or first selected shift.
