The Partially qualified button, from the View tab, allows you to filter the employee panel list to show only those employees who are partially qualified for the shift selected. 

Example 

• The supervisor shift is selected, so the employee list panel is highlighting those employees who are partially qualified for this role.

Combining Filters

To fully utilise this functionality it can be combined with other buttons to refine the lookup of employees.

Example

Use the Filter by role button being enabled at the same time. In the employee panel, only those employees who are partially qualified for this role are listed. This is also indicated with a (P) beside the employee's name.  Employees with an unassigned role are also listed.
