Sort by Hours (in Employee View)

• On the View tab the sort by hours button (when in Employee View) will sort the current roster period shown by rostered hours.  
  

• This is shown in ascending order of hours rostered per employee.  
  
  

Sort by Name (in Role Mode)

• On the View tab the sort by name button (when in Role view) will sort the current roster period shown by the rostered hours.  =This is shown in ascending order of name within role.

Example 

• The order of the shifts in role mode before selecting the sort by name button is shown.
• After selecting the sort by name button, the shifts are rearranged by name within the role of checkout.
