• When an employee has been terminated in the employee file but it has not yet been processed in payroll, a termination alert will be shown in the Alerts - Requires Action section.

• When you choose to Action this alert, you can choose to:
  • Ignore the alert
  • modify the employee. If you choose the option to modify the employee, Clockon will open the employee file at the employee being terminated.  You can then edit the employee's details.
