Question: How do I reconfigure the IP for the ClockOn desktop application

Answer:

1. Navigate to the ClockOnConfiguration utility on each computer, this can be done using the Open File Location right-click option from the icon, and opening the Config folder:
   
   
   
2. Once open click on the Database Settings Tab.
   
3. Update the IP address in both fields then click the Icons Tab.
   
   Please note the following
   1. If connecting to a remote site port forwarding will be required on TCP 12005 to the ClockOn server.
   2. IP addresses are required for the connection to work as the Client cannot currently connect using Hostnames or FQDN.
      
      
4. Click the Save button to update the System config and then the Icon button to replace the old desktop shortcut
