Cancellation Considerations
STP Finalisation
If you have completed any STP submissions through ClockOn we recommend the Processing EOFY through ClockOn article. This will assist with closing off the ClockOn figures and allow the employees to complete their EOFY at the end of the financial year.
PLEASE NOTE: Failure to do this step prior to the account expiry will require you to contact the ATO for assistance to close the financial year.
Reporting License
Please be aware that if we do not hear from you, your access to reports and data will automatically terminate at the end of the expiry period and the data stored in the hosted server will be marked for deletion.
ATO Articles
We recommend viewing the following ATO articles as they explain some of the key points to consider when changing payroll systems.
