  • Added the Australian National Public Holidays
    The system now includes the nationally celebrated public holidays for the following years: 2020, 2021, 2022.

    For 2020 this includes the following dates;

    01/01/2020 - New Years Day
    27/01/2020 - Australia Day
    10/04/2020 - Good Friday
    13/04/2020 - Easter Monday
    25/04/2020 - Anzac Day
    25/12/2020 - Christmas Day
    28/12/2020 - Boxing Day

    We strongly recommend that customers check their public holiday calendar prior to the new year to ensure that the required state-based holidays have been added into the system.

  • Updated Feature: Payroll Payment Date
    The system now requires the user to specify a payroll payment date at the commencement of payroll.
    By setting this value the user can specify the date in which the payroll amounts will be reflected for reporting and PAYG purposes. For more information please refer to the Payroll Payment Date knowledge base guide.

  • New Feature: Geo-fencing for use with ClockOn GO.
    This feature allows for the setting of an allowed clock on/off radius to either show where the employee is expected to clock on or to restrict the ability to clock times.
    This feature can be set as a default by location and/or to individual timesheets.

  • New Report: Timesheets (Employee, Actual Break Times)
    This new report shows the actual clocked break length and times for timesheets ignoring the where the break was set on the roster.
    Note: For the report to show the clocked times the break needs to be completed, otherwise the rostered break will show.

  • Fixed an issue within the message center where the reply button was sending messages to the wrong employees.

  • Fixed an issue where companies that were using the branch number option from within the locations screen could not submit their STP for EOFY.

  • Fixed an issue where payrolls generated on a monthly payment cycle were being undertaxed if the employee's gross amount ended in 33 cents.
